I saw this video from Lovin’ Life fest where Noah Kahan came out with Maggie Rogers and said “Noah Kahan is mid.” He also tweeted that same thing the day after @chubes first posted his review. I wonder if he read it? Did Extra Chill start the “Noah Kahan is mid” bit?
“Noah kahan is so mid” yea but I’ve got the most popular baby name from 2013-2015

in reply to: Primus @ CHS Music HallNot me but the show will be awesome! Wish I could make it!
in reply to: Will Nugs live stream sphere shows? The answer to this question is No, there will be no streams from Dead & Company sphere shows. This was posted by Bobby today on Instagram
“Sphere shows will not be streamed online – you need to experience this live!”
Anyone going to Primus tonight at the music hall? Should be a killer show !
in reply to: Beeple Studios Digital Deathmatch!Really interesting concept! By the photos it reminds me of one of those Starcraft or LAN gaming competitions. That’s some high pressure to work under to be eliminated like that in real time.
Does everybody bring their own computer? Or is the gear already set up? I saw in some of the pictures, people using old school computers.

Excellent.
in forum: Music DiscussionI just came across this mashup of with “Jack Straw” by the Grateful Dead with “Party & Bullshit” by Biggie. It’s pretty tight, and I figured i might as well start a mashup thread for other people to share good stuff they know about.
I know there are some epic mashups out there – post your favorites!

in forum: Music DiscussionCharleston Pour House – Saturday, August 10th. This is the fifth overall Extra Chill Fest and the third year in a row that we have done the event at the PoHo. I am very excited about what we’ve put together and I can’t wait to share the lineup with everybody.
If you have an account here, you already know who is playing the festival. And I don’t care if you leak it, but it won’t be me. I’ll come back to share it on Friday!

Hello all: My name is A. O. Wilder, and I recently released my first song on Spotify entitled “On the Run”. It’s a groovy jam that takes its cue from southern rock and LA folk. Give it a listen!
Hello Extra Chill community,
My name is A. O. Wilder, and I am excited to introduce myself and my music to Charleston and the world at large. My music takes its cue from Appalachian music, Los Angeles folk, and the rich tradition of southern rock. I’m based in New York City, but I’m from upstate South Carolina originally and resided in Charleston briefly in 2014 (worked at FIG). Anyway, I’d be tickled if you gave my first song a listen.
