Orebolo is an acoustic side project by Rick Mitarotonda, Jeff Arevalo, Peter Anspach of Goose. They just announced their debut album, The Chateau, due out June 7th. The first single is “Rockdale” which is a song that Goose plays all the time. Actually one of my favorite Goose songs even though the one they played at Peach didn’t really do it for me last summer. This is a good song and it’s cool that they’re putting an album out.
Here’s the tracklist from the album

They were great at Boogieman last year. Was my first experience with them, and a standout among a lineup of really great performers.
Sorry to have missed this one. A long time favorite of mine. I bet it was a real blast. Claypool is in a class of his own.
Full set at Nelsonville Music Festival 2023, a small town music festival in Southeastern Ohio. She is just on another level vocally… effortlessly cool
@MarleyFacedBoy that happens when I edit something I think…. looking into it. thanks for the heads up
Yeah, I’m fully in it but thinking I’ll be getting out of it soon since I’ve been rooting around their studio & live catalog since October. Dave fucks, I really like his songwriting and slow songs
Not sure why but ya boi gets triple notifications for a single mention
I was there, the show was sick. Les Claypool is on another level on the bass. And the songs are just so weird! Love love primus, even though they suck.
Here’s a video shot from the front row of the song “Wynona’s big brown beaver”
Sick! What songs do you want to make videos for?
Do you record everything yourself? Would love to know more.
Up pretty good today! I’m glad I decided to put some money into Reddit stock, at least currently.
