To add to this, I’m thinking that we will mainly fill the playlist with our own tastes at first, but over time the community will become one of the main drivers. I love this idea of having the playlist be entirely sourced from the community. Maybe we can have a second playlist later that is entirely community sourced.
Who knows how it will unfold, y’all already know I’m constantly coming up with different ways to do things. I do think this place is going to explode and we’ve had some...

31 members, but I just started linking it to the main site. I think it’s really going to pop off once people start to see the value in this and the word gets out. Not to mention the main blog is getting over 5000 views per day…
in forum: Music DiscussionI’m a big fan of 90s hip-hop and I know a lot of other people are too. This thread is a starting point for sharing 90s tracks, albums, and artists and talking about them.
“Can I Live” by Jay-Z is one of my favorites
in forum: Music DiscussionLots of once-great festivals have kicked the bucket lately. The latest, which Live Nation handled very poorly, was Peach. They just silently took the website down without an official announcement. Word on the street is that ticket sales were under 10,000 for the past few years.
Jam bands seem to be making a comeback but maybe not jam band fests quite yet.

Summer Camp is another great one that had its final year in 2023, but handled much better by the promoter with an announcement and strategic pivot.
Anyway this thread is to talk about Music Festivals that don’t exist anymore and maybe share memories from them.

Today, i bought 2x tickets for dead and co at the sphere Vegas. $800 flat after those scum bags at ticketmaster pedaled them. Im going 25% for the dead, 50% to see the sphere and 25% to gamble my ass off. Should i feel dumb paying this?
For now, YOLO. And I’m jelly.
Final verdict after we tally up your casino gains/losses

in reply to: Robert Vandal – Charleston, SC (Producer)Thanks for sharing! We will check it out!
in forum: Music DiscussionLocal Charleston producer Robert Vandal, releases a groundbreaking First LP, including tracks that placed in several sample challenges from big names such as Flume, Noisia, and Kaelin Ellis. While maintaining a predominantly electronic sound, the organic nature of the music Robert creates denies any classification or Genre Labeling. An extraordinary and cosmic culmination of sonics that are undoubtedly worth the listen.
in reply to: Theater 99 off Meeting St.Theatre 99 rules. Their mainstage shows are Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm.
Wednesday’s and Thursday are independent teams and more experimental stuff.
All very funny.

I would do it, and I’d also feel dumb for doing it. Sticking it to the scum bags at Ticketmaster is part of the reason why I built this website. I do think the Phish shows at the Sphere will be way crazier but I would love to catch a weekend of Dead & Company.
How many people do you think will go to all 24 shows?
in forum: CharlestonJust a shoutout to Theatre 99 for a good improv show last friday night. Got invited to go, went in clueless to the show. Laughed my ass off. I was ripped which helped.

in reply to: Tye DyeNice little amazon shirt that came white.
in forum: Shakedown StreetDo you have a t-shirt that you want tye-dyed? This post may be a little premature, but my wife, Mrs. BillySlut, is a tye dying prodigy. She can do any design color, shirt or sheet. I will follow back shortly with some pictures but just trying to see if anybody would pay $5-$10 bucks to have shirts tye-dyed. Comment back
