The High Divers Benefit Concert to Take Place at The Royal American on July 14th
Published: July 6, 2017
While traveling around the West Coast on tour, The High Divers’ van collided with a semi-truck. It was a gnarly accident, but thankfully everyone made it out alive and the band is currently on their way to recovery. The van however was badly damaged and they had to cancel their tour to give themselves time to heal. Due to these unfortunate circumstances, friends of the band have rallied together to throw a benefit concert at none other than The Royal American, with all proceeds from the show going to the band in their recovery efforts.
The High Divers Benefit concert will take place on Friday, July 14th, and will feature performances from The Artisanals, The Mobros, Hunter Park (She Returns From War), and Matilda Dae. Tickets are $10 at the door, and the show starts at 9pm, with doors opening at 8. I’ve pulled some photos of the van in the aftermath from The High Divers Facebook page and included them below.
Get out there and listen to some great live music and help support the cause. Here’s to wishing The High Divers a speedy recovery and many a successful tour in the future. RSVP on Facebook here.
