The Extra Chill Community was launched in February 2024 as a social extension of Extra Chill, a music and lifestyle publication based in Charleston, SC (since 2011). The Community seeks to bring people in the music industry together, out of reach from corporate influence, to discuss and share music.
Fans, artists, and music industry professionals can use the Extra Chill Community not only as a classic music discussion forum, but also as an innovative, community-driven music discovery platform.
The two sites are woven seamlessly together, meaning that if you are a Community member, you can log in here and engage with the social features like upvotes and commenting on the main blog.
