On July 28th, SUSTO released their fifth studio album, My Entire Life. In the week leading up to the album’s release, the band congregated upon their longtime home base of Charleston, SC to gather merch, rehearse, and hit the road for a long tour that takes them through the rest of the summer and into the Fall.
Labor Day weekend finds the band back in Charleston for a huge show at the city’s newest outdoor amphitheater, The Refinery, on Saturday, September 2nd. SUSTO will be joined by jam-friendly rock band Big Something and local rockers Easy Honey.
Just before hitting the road, Justin found time to link up with the Extra Chill crew for a very special performance of four songs from My Entire Life, solo and acoustic. The location was the scenic Green Hill of Magnolia Cemetery, on the outskirts of downtown Charleston, with a backdrop of marsh grass, oak trees, and the Ravenel Bridge (shout out to Jonesy for the spot).
Justin played four songs from the album, and we’ll be releasing them one at a time, every Wednesday at 1pm, over the next four weeks leading up to the show at The Refinery on September 2nd.
