Mo Lowda & The Humble dropped a new track, “Beachtown,” on Friday. It’s the band’s latest tune since the release of their EPLily Pads / Snowbird in August of this year.
“Beachtown” served as the kick-off of Mo Lowda’s plan to drop a new track on the first Friday of each month leading up to the their self-titled new album on March 3rd, 2023.
Sonically, the track seems to exude a more jovial attitude than the band’s releases from earlier this year, while maintaining a certain depth and contemplation.
The beat rises and falls at a quick, playful pace, while keys add depth and interest. Jordan Caiola’s voice drips and croons, calling to mind Kings of Leon at times in his atmospheric vocal stylings.
Stream “Beachtown” by Mo Lowda and the Humble below and catch them live in Charleston on night two of BoogieMan Festival at Royal American October 30th.
