Charleston indie hip-hop duo Little Stranger released their third single of the year, “Brain Fog,” this week. It’s a collaboration with renowned rapper (and cousin of Ice Cube) Del The Funky Homosapien.
The track is trippy, as the repetitive line “don’t eat the bad brown acid” (and the neon mushroom cover art) might imply. It’s also a lot of fun, with an upbeat chorus, clever drug-fueled lyrics, and the occasional psychedelic sonic vibration.
As the song says, “you can trust L – I – Double T Stranger” to continuously drop bangers, especially when they’re teaming up with heavy-hitters like Del. They’re also set to release their next album, Trip Around Saturn, on November 5.
