Grace Joyner has released her new full-length album, Settle In. The album comes four years after the release of her full-length debut, Maybe Sometimes – in C, and is filled with vibed-out indie pop songs that cuddle right up in your ears. This album has been a long time coming, and in the humble opinion of Extra Chill, it was worth the four years it took to get here.
When we spoke to Grace about the record last month, she mentioned wanting listeners to “settle in” to that vibe and feel their way through the album with her. The whole album has a comfortable feel that makes it easy to kick back and wander with the vibe, so you shouldn’t have a problem there.
Listen to Settle In by Grace Joyner below. If you’ve got the blues, we prescribe a strong dose of “Million Dollar Wound” at 3am.
