Gardeners – “Up a Mountain” + “Painkillers” (Courtroom Sessions)

Last fall, our friends at Scene SC made the trip from Columbia to Rock Hill to record some live sessions with local bands at The Courtroom, which is Rock Hill’s only music venue. One of those bands was Gardeners, who are one of the most exciting rock bands coming up in South Carolina right now. The first Courtroom Session from Gardeners featured their song “Bug” off their 2018 album Along the Heather, and that video was released back in January.

Last night, Scene SC dropped two more videos from the Courtroom with Gardeners in which the band plays two unreleased songs: “Up a Mountain” and “Painkillers”. According to the article on Scene SC, “Up a Mountain” will be released on the 2019 Scene SC Sampler, and the sampler will be released next week. It’s always a good day when Scene SC releases their annual sampler.
