CrucialBGR Drops Birthday EP, CRUCIAL DAY

Rapper CrucialBGR celebrated his birthday on October 8 the way any rap legend should — by dropping a new EP, CRUCIAL DAY. It’s his first new music release since his 2021 album ALREADY A LEGEND, which we covered here on Extra Chill.
CRUCIAL DAY is a three-song project that serves as another demonstration of Crucial’s skill as a rapper and lyricist. The opening song, “Cage Match”, features fellow Charleston rapper Buddah. It’s followed by “Gloves Dirty Freestyle,” a track that exemplifies Crucial’s next-level wordplay abilities. The album closes with the energetic “What Would Wayne Do?”.
CRUCIAL DAY clocks in just under eight minutes. Each track is straightforward, giving the sense that rapping, for Crucial, comes as easily as breathing.
