Cathedral Bells – “Undertow”

Florida-based dream pop project Cathedral Bells has released a new single that features guest vocals from Kim Weldin of the Charleston band Tape Waves. “Undertow” hit the web this morning via BIRTHDIY, a lo-fi subset of Spirit Goth Records. The song rides a singular wave the whole time, almost like there’s an actual undercurrent running through it. The interplay between Kim’s vocals and Cathedral Bell’s Matt Massore adds an extra layer of depth that helps to draw you in further. This is some good stuff.
