Here’s the debut single from Charleston’s Camel Blues Band, “Hot Head”. These guys are a vital part of Makeout Reef’s lineup of indie rockers, with their old school psychedelic garage rock style. The song is high energy all the way through, guitar heavy, with lyrics that urge listeners to relax and just it all go. The lyrics coupled with the instrumental grunge gives this song a wholesome feel and serves as a great introduction to the Camel Blues Band. I always look forward to hearing more from Makeout Reef artists, who are becoming crucial members of Charleston’s music scene. These guys are revitalizing the indie rock house party scene with a fresh perspective and killer tunes. Happy Friday.
