Philly-based Dr. Dog released a new album a couple weeks ago. I’m a bit biased, but there’s not a bad track on it. A couple of my favorites are “Talk is Cheap” and “Fine White Lies”

On August 24th, Oscillate will be moving the After Hours series into The Peacock on East Bay for their 11th show. We welcome ANHAIA, a project created by Brazilian DJ/producer “Jesiel Anhaia Junior”. His sound walks the line between tech house and minimal deep tech, full of soulful grooves which will keep the dance floor moving from start to finish! Within his sets, he draws inspiration from Marco Carola, Waff, Paco Osuna, Tomi & Kesh to name a few. As for Kirk aka Wait for Me, the man is a groove of his own which is clear in his productions. This will be Kirk’s second After Hours and we can’t wait to hear what he has in store. This will be an absolute treat of a back to back and we are very excited for this event. I’ve been bumping these new MJ Lenderman songs tonight. Shit is really good, just like his other music. Marking the new album Manning Fireworks down for a review in the music reviews section when it drops on September 6th.
