Wanted to give a shoutout to this West Ashley drive-thru BBQ spot that popped up not too long ago, Hugh Baby’s. Drive up service for some really solid food. Great pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, fried catfish, smashburgers, and more.

We’re always in need of more food options on that side of town so this place is a welcome addition to the area. If you’re ever on the 61 side of West Ashley and looking for something good, greasy, and quick, this place is worth a try.

Hugh Baby’s is dope!

If you like Hugh Baby’s, you’ll love Martins BBQ. Martins is a Nashville BBQ spot, and Hugh Baby’s is their fast casual/drive through concept. All the meat Hugh Baby’s uses comes from Martins. The menus are pretty similar too, but Martin’s is bigger, and there are a few items at Hugh baby’s you cant get at Martins… Like Milkshakes. And I love slurpshakes

Tried Hugh Baby’s in West Ashley last week and I’ve gotta say I agree. Home Team is right up the road but it’s so overpriced.

Love the setup with a fast food style drive up window for delicious BBQ, too. I think it’s a pretty cool concept.

Great hot dogs too!
