Patent attorney, physicist, amateur astronomer, aerospace software engineer, reporter, taxicab driver, singer, guitar player, stamp collector, reader of history. As a Naval officer, briefly served aboard the USS Nimitz during Desert Shield. My first job, at age 15, was cleaning used proctology probes—by hand—in a medical lab. Each man sees an issue through the filter of his perspective and the prism of his prejudices.
