Rose Ganache Releases Debut Album, Madness From Two Featuring Kris Myers & Ryan Stasik of Umprey’s McGee
    Published: November 15, 2021

Rose Ganache, an alt-rock outfit composed of Charleston-based duo MeShell Wolf and James Colburn, released their first studio album, Madness From Two, this week. The debut features Ryan Stasik and Kris Myers of Umphrey’s McGee on bass guitar and drums, respectively.

Wolf’s vocals are a standout on the 7-track album, displaying both an impressive range and strength. At times it seems to harken back to the sounds of female vocalists of the 90s. Instrumentally, the album’s sound is guitar-heavy and laden with deep bass lines and strong drum kicks.

Many of the tracks, like “Isolation,” deal with themes of the COVID shut-down. “We’d like to send our Love and Respect to All who continue to endure the global pandemic, and offer music as a place for hope and solace,” the band stated via Instagram.

While Madness From Two was recorded and mixed at Wyman records in California, Rose Ganache threw an album release party at Fatty’s Beer Works in Charleston last Friday to celebrate.
