Lo’Kuntry – “Discord”

Lo’Kuntry turned out another banger, “Discord,” last week. It’s the artist’s latest release since “Super Runtz” dropped last month.
The fresh single clocks in at just under three minutes, with Lo’Kuntry rapping at his signature fast pace. An almost spiritual crooning voice provides the bulk of the background noise while Lo’Kuntry spits lines like “I did some things that they never achieved / I seen some things / that they never would see.”
As with most of Lo’Kuntry’s songs, he treats us to some particularly humorous or relatable lines. One that stands out in “Discord” is “I come from the era of ringtones.” For the most part, however, the song deals thematically with the idea of leveling up, and many of the introspective lines feel almost like affirmations.
