Darby Wilcox and the Peep Show – “Tell It Like It Is”

Greenville’s Darby Wilcox & the Peep Show just released the first single, “Tell It Like It Is”, off their upcoming debut album 11:11, which is due out on August 29th. In addition to being the first album from Darby Wilcox & the Peep Show, 11:11 will also be the first full-length album release from Charleston-based record label Real South Records. 11:11 was recorded at Columbia’s Jam Room Studio and performed by a dozen Greenville musicians. Our pal DJ Edwards mixed the record in Charleston, and then it went back to Greenville where Niel Brooks mastered it. Made in South Carolina, just the way we like it.
Darby will be opening for Justin Osborne of SUSTO at The Radio Room in Greenville on Friday, August 17th. There will also be a release tour announced in the near future, so stay tuned for that and more from Darby Wilcox & the Peep Show.
